We sold Christmas decorations which  we made with children. Money from the fair we are going to spend for a Christmas tree for the patients of the Caring – Summary Institute. Also we want to buy necessary things for children from children's home. We collected pretty much good money for them more than we expected money :)  !!! Good job we did ! Thank you Parents!!!

Sprzedaliśmy ozdoby świąteczne, które wykonaliśmy z dziećmi. Uzbieraliśmy więcej pieniędzy niż oczekiwaliśmy J !!! wykonaliśmy niezłą robotę! Pieniądze z kiermaszu zamierzamy przeznaczyć na choinkę dla pacjentów z Zakładu Opiekuńczo – Leczniczego w Krakowie. Poza tym chcemy kupić niezbędne rzeczy dla dzieci z Domu Dziecka nr 1 w Krakowie. Dziękujemy Rodzicom!!!

We went university to do our presantation for universtiy students.We love Bernadetta who provided this chances for us :p

Byliśmy na Uniwersytecie Pedagogicznym, gdzie przedstawiliśmy studentom nasze prezentacje dotyczące naszych krajów. Uwielbiamy panią Bernadettę, która dała nam tę sposobność  :p

This week was very exciting! We had the chance to prepare our presentations for the kids and did a funny activity afterwards.
Ten tydzień był bardzo ekscytujący! Mieliśmy okazję przygotować nasze prezentacje dla dzieci i przeprowadzić fajne, zabawne zajęcia.

The children where supposed to draw something related to the presentations and they did some very interesting things! Some of them draw the flags, other the buildings they saw and other draw us! Other had a lot of creativity and draw things that were not in the presentation hahaha.

Zadaniem dzieci było narysowanie czegoś związanego z obejrzanymi prezentacjami. Powstało wiele interesujących rzeczy! Niektóre z dzieci narysowały flagi, inne budynki, które widziały, a jeszcze inne narysowały nas! Dzieciaki były bardzo kreatywne i rysowały rzeczy, których  nie było w prezentacji hahaha.

Basia (Barbara) did the most beautiful draw of my first class, so I took a photo with her and the drawing.  Basia z pierwszej mojej grupy narysowała najładniejszy rysunek, dlatego zrobiłem sobie z nią zdjęcie

For this week, since Giulia was coming to visit, I prepared a Venezuelan dance for her with the kids! Also the kids learned how to say Buongiorno principessa (Good morning princess in Italian) so when she first got to the class the kids welcomed her with a very Italian greeting hehehe. This photo was while practicing the choreography with them and even the directors came to participate with us!

W tym tygodniu, w którym Giulia miała nas odwiedzić, przygotowywałem dla niej z dziećmi taniec do Wenezuelskiej piosenki ! Poza tym dzieci nauczyły się jak powiedzieć dzień dobry księżniczko po włosku. Kiedy weszła do Sali, dzieci powitały ją tym włoskim pozdrowieniem hehehe. To zdjęcie zostało zrobione podczas ćwiczeń choreografi z dziećmi. Nawet dyrekcja pryszła nam towarzyszyć!

W każdym tygodniu staramy się przygotowywać różne zajęcia dla dzieci: gry, tańce, wspólne rysowanie… W tym tygodniu przyniosłem do przedszkola koszulki dróżyny piłkarskiej Juventus I moim dzieciom bardzo się one spodobały! Postanowiły zostać kibicami Juventusu haha

This week Giulia came visiting and the kids were amazed because there was someone new among them, we played some games together and we danced the song we prepared for her and also others! We had a lot of fun all together and Giulia was very satisfied to have come to the kindergarten... soon we will have other visitors from Gokhan's side.  W tym tygodniu odwiedziła nas Giulia, dzieci były zdumione i zachwycone, ponieważ pojawił się wśród nich ktoś nowy. Graliśmy w różne gry, bawiliśmy się razem i tańczyliśmy. Świetnie spędziliśmy wspólnie czas. Giulia była bardzo zadowolona, że mogła przyjść do przedszkola… wkrótce spodziewamy się gości ze strony Gokhana.

3rd week of Gökhan :)

 3rd Week started with singing show to their families and theachers who work in another kindergarten.I was a part of this shows because they wanted me to introduce myself in polish to them and ı felt a bit excited did not know what was the reason but felt like ı was going to be in a champions league final match than the conversation was like that :p   Trzeci tydzień zaczął się od występu dla rodziców I nauczycieli, którzy pracują w innych przedszkolach. Byłem częścią tego występu, ponieważ wszyscy chcieli abym się przedstawił po polsku. Czułem się podekscytowany. Nie wiem dlaczego ale czułem się jak na finałowym meczu czempion Ligii. Moja konwersacja wyglądała następująco :p

 We were in gimnazum for visiting libray and play some game with one of the theacher who works in there.It was really good that ı tried to understand riddle and answer one of them :)   Byliśmy z wizytą w bibliotece w gimnazium , gdzie odbyły się warsztaty z panią, która tam pracuje. Fajne było to, jak próbowałem zrozumieć zagadkę i na nią odpowiedzieć :)

Week 3! Polish Independence

This week was very important not only for the kids but also for the whole country, since on Sunday 11th it was the Independence day. On friday Gokhan's class went twice to perform with a couple of national songs on other places, the second place they even went with a bus to the city center and performed in a stage with microphones and all.  Ten tydzień był bardzo ważny nie tylko dla dzieci ale dla całego kraju. W niedzielę 11 listopada był Dzień Niepodległości. W piątek grupa Gokhana była dwa razy na konkursie z przygotowanymi pieśniami patriotycznymi. Oraz na występie w centrum, gdzie występowały na scenie z mikrofonami.

We already feel like at home with the kids and with the personal and teachers from the kindergarten. They treat us so good and we're always laughing with them and having a great time! I wish every kindergarten in the world were like this or even better! The kids even painted me in a special and creative activity! I was a model and they had to paint me with watercolors. It was incredible!
Czujemy się jak w domu dzięki dzieciom, personelowi, nauczycielom. Traktują nas bardzo dobrze, ciągle się śmiejemy i spędzamy miło czas! Chciałbym, aby każde przedszkole na świecie było takie jak to, a nawet lepsze! Dzieci miały specjalne kreatywne zadanie!  Byłe modelem, a one namalowały mnie farbami. To było niewiarygodne!

This week was important for me because I wanted to teach the children some things from Venezuela and from South America, so I started with a Venezuelan song I used to sing when I was little which is called: El elefante del circo! The kids like it and the teachers learned already! they are so good!   Ten tydzień był bardzo ważny dla mnie, ponieważ chciałem nauczyć dzieci różnych rzeczy z Wenezueli oraz Południowej Ameryki, dlatego zacząłem od wenezuelskiej piosenk, którą śpiewałem jak byłem dzieckiem „El elefante del circo!” Dzieci lubią tę piosenkę, a nauczyciele już potrafią śpiewać! Wychodzi im świetnie!

The other thing that I wanted to teach them was a Venezuelan merengue song (Chino y Nacho - Niña Bonita) so I created a choreography and they loved it!

These pictures though are while dancing waka waka!   Kolejną rzeczą, jaką chciałem je nauczyć była wenezuelska piosenka meringue (Chino y Nacho - Niña Bonita) dlatego stworzyłem choreografię i były zachwycone!

I also tried to teach them the different flags of the South American countries and made them paint their favorite flag and they did it too!  Poza tym   próbowałem nauczyć ich różnych flag państw Południowej Ameryki. I poprosiłem, żeby narysowali tę, która najbardziej im się podoba i to także im się udało!

This week was very intense and we are loving it each day more and more!!

Second Week, halloween week!

The second week was very fun! there was halloween and for the day I painted the children's faces and they had revenge and painted mine!
The only thing is that when they did it it was quite a mess!! as you can see on the next picture.  Drugi tydzień był bardzo zabawny ! z okazji halloween malowałem dzieciom twarze, a one w ramach rewanżu pomalowały moją! Jednak kiedy to robiły, był niezły bałagan!! Jak widać na kolejnym zdjęciu.

 This is the moment when the kids painted my face! they were so concentrated and excited at the same time that they were able to paint me :)  To jest moment, w którym dzieci malują moją twarz! Były bardzo skoncentrowane i podekscytowane jednocześnie wiedząc, że mogą mnie pomalować :)











On this week we also had the opportunity to go to the Academy of fine arts in the city centre as a day trip. The kids had the chance to see all of the main fine arts like drawing, painting, sculpturing, pottery, etc.  W tym tygodniu mieliśmy okazję iść na Akademię sztuk pięknych. Dzieci miały okazję zobaczyć i poznać różne techniki plastyczne rysowanie, rzeźbienie, malowanie, ceramikę itd.

At the end of the day they had a very interesting activity about drawing and painting. They had to see some objects and then paint them in a abstract way and use their imagination while creating it. They loved it and I also had the chance to participate!Pod koniec dnia dzieci miały bardzo interesujące zajęcia z rysunku i malowania. Ich zadaniem było oglądanie różnych obiektów i namalowanie ich w abstrakcyjny sposób, używając wyobraźni. Dzieciom były zachwycone, ja również miałem okazję w tym uczestniczyć!















This week was good although it was short! I had the chance to improve my language and to teach some new words to the kids. The environment in the kindergarten is so nice! me and Gokhan are two lucky guys for sure!

2nd week of Gökhan :)

This week was very important for both of us ! We played a lot of new games and danced a lot ! The day which they painted my face was the most enjoyable day for them :) Getting adapted is so easy with children if they help u in all cases.You should convert yourself a new children as well.If u let it go ,you are one of them.  Ten tydzień był bardzo ważny dla nas obydwu ! Graliśmy w wiele nowych gier z dziećmi  i dużo tańczyliśmy! Dzień, w którym dzieci malowały moją twarz był dla nich najbardziej  przyjemny, miały wiele frajdy J Adaptacja okazała się bardzo łatwa dzięki dzieciom, które pomagają we wszystkim. Trzeba przekształcać siebie na nowo w dziecko, jeśli się to uda, wtedy tajesz się jednym z nich.




Marzena ! ı have never seen a person who is awesome like Marzena ! She is totally awesome to teach ,carry about our problems ,ask if we need sth during the week and for the future.She deserves special thanks ! :) Marzena! Nigdy nie widziałem tak niesamowitej osoby jak Marzena! Ona jest niesamowitą  nauczycielką.  Troszczy się o nasze problemy, pyta czy czegoś nie potrzebujemy w ciągu tygodnia oraz na przyszłość. Ona zasługuje na specjalne podziękowania! :)

Daniel's first week!

This week was just wonderful, it was my first week in the kindergarten, first time working with children in my life! I didn't know what to expect but one thing is for sure: I love kids! Ten tydzień był po prostu wspaniały, to był mój pierwszy tydzień w przedszkolu, po raz pierwszy w pracy z dziećmi w moim życiu! Nie wiedziałem, czego się spodziewać, ale jedno jest pewne: Kocham dzieci!

Playing a game with the children!

We had tons of fun together and we played many funny games together and interesting activities where they learned new English and Spanish words. At the same time, it was really hard for me to understand them, actually I did not understand most of the things they were saying! The good thing about it all is that when you ask them "what is this?" they'd answer happily, no matter how many times you'd ask the same thing! I also tried repeating the last words on their sentences and then ask: "what is that word?" and they'd try to explain me! Mnóstwo czasu spędzaliśmy razem na zabawie, graliśmy w wiele zabawnych gier. Odbywały się także ciekawe zajęcia, podczas których dzieci uczyły się nowych angielskich i hiszpańskich słów. Wszystko odbywało się w tym samym czasie. Trudno było mi zrozumieć co do mnie mówią. Jednak wspaniałe jest to, że za każ dym razem, kiedy pytałem je np. "co to jest?" i bez względu na to ile razy zadawałem to samo pytanie, one z uśmiechem, cierpliwie odpowiadały. Próbowałem także powtarzać ostatnie słowa z ich wypowiedzi i pytałem co one oznaczają, wtedy dzieci chętnie mi tłumaczyły.

Some of the kids already love me and hug me so hard when they see me, it's a great feeling having these children loving you even though I cannot speak in their language! It's funny 'cause when I tell them that I don't speak Polish (in Polish), they reply: "of course you speak, polish, in fact you speak very well!" hahaha. Niektóre dzieci już mnie pokochały i kiedy tak mocno mnie przytulają jak mnie zobaczą, to jest najwspanialsze uczucie. Okazują mi tyle sympatii Mio tego, że nie mówię w ich języku. Zabawne jest to, że kiedy mówię im ,że nie potrafię mówić w języku polskim, one odpowiadają: „oczywiście, że potrafisz, mówisz bardzo dobrze”. hahaha

We went out different times to have a walk and pick some leaves and they loved it and had fun with all the different colors and sizes in this cold autumn. Wybraliśmy się na spacer, by pozbierać trochę liści. Bardzo dobrze się przy tym bawiliśmy. Dzieci cieszyły się, bawiły się kolorowymi liśćmi w różnych wielkościach i o różnych kolorach.

I have two different classrooms, the first one is with more than 24 children and the second one with more or less 15 children! Marzena which is the teacher of the first class is so nice with me and Gokhan! I hope I can fulfill her expectations in the kindergarten, since she was the one that choose me! Mam dwie różne grupy, pierwsza z nich liczy ponad 24 dzieci a druga z mniej więcej 15 dzieci! Marzena, która jest nauczycielką w pierwszej grupie jest bardzo miła dla mnie i Gokhana! Mam nadzieję, że będę mógł spełnić jej oczekiwania podczas mojego pobytu w przedszkolu, ponieważ ona była tą, która mnie wybrała!

At the end of the week, Marzena organized a very interesting activity with the children about volcanos, and she even created a small volcano experiment to show them how volcanos work, they just loved it! Pod koniec tygodnia, Marzena zorganizowała bardzo ciekawe zajęcia z dziećmi na temat wulkanów, i nawet powstał mały eksperyment - wulkan, aby pokazać dzieciom, czym jest wulkan i co się w nim odbywa. Byliśmy zachwyceni!
