Daniel's twenty fourth week!

Week 24 2013.04.01-05
This week we had the presentation about Germany, we showed the kids some interesting facts about the country and the small conversation as well like always. At the end we had the round of questions and some of them got the correct answers :)

W tym tygodniu przedstawialiśmy prezentację o Niemczech. Przekazaliśmy dzieciom wiele ciekawych informacji na temat tego kraju. Jak zwykle odgrywaliśmy scenki z powitaniem w danym języku. Na koniec odbył się mini quiz  I nawet niektóre dzieci podawały poprawne odpowiedzi  :)

Gokhan had a great idea! He wanted to play twister with the kids, so instead of buying it, he built it with them, painting an old sheet with the squares. The kids obviously had fun and enjoyed painting with him!

Gokhan miał genialny pomysł ! Postanowił zagrać z dziećmi w grę twister I zamiast kupić grę, wykonał ją z dziećmi. Wykorzystał do tego talerze, stare prześcieradło. Dzieciaki oczywiście świetnie się przy tym bawiły!

At the end of the week, Marco and Ula came to see how were things going in our kindergarten, so we both did some sort of presentation with the kids for them. First was Gokhan's class and then it was mine. In my class I show them how the kids knew all of the colors in Spanish and then we played a fun game about colors. We did a lot of stuff like singing or showing the parts of the body in Spanish, or even counting numbers until 20 and some small conversations in different languages.
Pod koniec tygodnia odwiedzili nas Marco I Ula ponieważ chcieli sprawdzić jak sobie radzimy w przedszkolu. Dlatego obydwaj przygotowaliśmy dla nich wraz z dziećmi krótką prezentację tego czego nauczyliśmy dzieci. Pierwsza wystąpiła grupa Gokhana, potem moja. Moja grupa dzieci zaprezentowała znajomość kolorów po hiszpańsku I wspólnie bawiliśmy się w zabawę dydaktyczną związaną z kolorami. Pokazaliśmy wiele rzeczy. Śpiewaliśmy, nazywaliśmy części ciała po hiszpańsku I nawet liczyliśmy do 20 oraz zaprezentowaliśmy krótkie dialogi w innych językach.

Daniel's twenty third week!

Week 23 2013.03.25-29
This week was very light! Many kids were sick again so we had to put some classes together which made more difficult to try to make special activities with the kids. Anyhow, the week was more about playing and having fun with the kids.

Ten tydzień był bardzo spokojny ! Wiele dzieci było chorych. Dlatego trudno było zorganizować jakieś specjalne zadania dla nich. W tym tygodniu poświęciliśmy więcej czasu na gry i zabawy z dziećmi.

The kindergarten participated in a contest about environmental awareness and the kids created a poster about not wasting water and the importance of it for our environment.

Przedszkole wzięło udział w konkursie ekologicznym. Dzieci zaprojektowały I wykonały plakat dotyczący oszczędzania wody oraz przygotowały akcję mówiącą o tym jak ważne jest to dla naszego środowiska.

At the same time, we managed to finish the stop motion project with the kids, so here is the film about it and some pictures.

W tym samym czasie udało nam się skończyć project dotyczący tworzenia animacji metodą pokladkową z dziećmi, tak więc tutaj jest ten film I kilka zdjęć.

Daniel's twenty secondth week!

Week 22 2013.03.18-22
After two weeks being out for several reasons (EVS training in Torun and a week of holidays in the north of Poland) I came back recharged to the kindergarten! Very happy to see my kids once again. Unfortunately, a lot of kids were sick on this week so the classrooms were a bit empty.

Po dwutygodniowej nieobecności z dwóch powodów ( kurs związany z projektem EVS w Toruniu oraz tygodniowe wakacje) powróciłem nałodowany do przedszkola oraz  bardzo szczęśliwy, że mogłem znowu zobaczyć moje dzieciaki. Niestety wiele dzieci było chorych. 

The week started light and I just left my camera to my kids so they could take some more pictures and practice some more, the photography project has to start soon so they need to practice a lot! Here are some of the random pictures they took.

Ten tydzień rozpoczął się dość spokojnie. Pozwoliłem dzieciom robić zdjęcia moim aparatem, dzieciaki ćwiczyły kadrowanie . Niebawem rozpocznie się realizacja projektu fotograficznego, dlatego muszą dużo ćwiczyć. Tutaj jest kilka zdjęć zrobionych przez dzieciaki.

Since spring was getting closer and closer, actually on this week there was the first day of spring, the kids were creating some flowers, the main symbol of spring.
Ponieważ wiosna zbliża się ielkimi krokami, a dokładnie w tym tygodniu obchodziliśmy pierwszy dzień wiosny, dzieci wykonywały kwiatki, główny symbol wiosny.

On this week we had the presentation of Ukraine, the kids had a lot of fun, but many of them started to be sad again, so we were thinking about stopping the presentations for their own sake. At the end we ended up doing a couple more and then we stopped.

W tym tygodniu odbyła się prezentacja, której tematem była Ukraina. Dzieci miały wiele frajdy. Jednak wielu z nich było pzykro, ponieważ nie mogły zdobyć flagi podczas  quizu. Dlatego postanowiliśmy na jakiś czas zaprzestać przedstawiania prezentacji.

Marzena had a great idea, to start creating a stop motion film about the kindergarten to promote it and use it as an introduction for future presentations. The idea was to make the kids paint a piece of a big drawing hanging on the wall and then make the kids take a picture of the whole thing. Then, putting together all the pieces on a video, you would have a stop motion film.

Marzena miała doskonały pomysł, aby stworzyć animację promującą przedszkole, którą potem można będzie wykorzystać w innych projektach. Projekt polegał na tym, że dzieci wykonywały kolejno rysunek przedszkola I kżdą czynność

As I said before, winter was ending and the beginning of spring was ahead of us. In Poland they have a tradition to go out and "burn" the winter down to welcome spring, so we went to the firemen station and burned down "Marzanna", a toy representing winter.
Jak już wcześniej pisałem zima się kończy I wielkimi krokami zbliża się wiosna. W Polsce jest taka tradycja, według której aby pożegnać zimę I powitać wiosnę pali się “Marzanne”. Dlatego poszliśmy do  Strażaków I paliliśmy “Maarzannę” czyli kukłę reprezentującą zimę.
